Solidworks Simulation

As part of my various projects I have performed FEA analysis using SOLIDWORKS Simulation. I have used a variety of simulation types, including simple static and frequency analyses through to more complex simulations like drop tests and topology optimisations. In each case, I was able to use the resulting data to further develop my designs. in some cases. this involved using the results of my simulations to work towards a looser design requirement like minimizing weight or improving stiffness in conjunction with other design methods like sketching and solid modelling. Alternatively, I was able to achieve a specific result like the correct resonant frequency of a wind chime, making minute adjustments based on detailed simulation results.
